Cops turning blind eye to queue-jumpers

What is exasperating for the long line of law-abiding
motorists is that so many others simply jump the queue and create a second lane
to turn right. This is not only dangerous but causes further delay in traffic
movement for those who follow the traffic rules.

To add insult to injury, on more than one occasion, I
have seen traffic policemen on their motorcycles simply ride past all this
without so much as a warning, let alone a traffic ticket, being given to the
errant motorists.

The only "safe" conclusion to be drawn from this is that
it is all right to break traffic rules; not only does it get you to your
destination faster, it also makes law-abiding citizens look foolish.

It is time these errant motorists are taken to task
before too many decent citizens start to think the law actually sanctions, or
is blind to, such behaviour.
